Brand Identity · Bilingual Content System · Visual Strategy

Building a clearer brand for a business that was already growing.

Autom Flex is a mobile auto detailing business operating in a competitive market where most competitors look and communicate the same way. The opportunity wasn't to get bigger — it was to get clearer.

Overview

Autom Flex came to Methode House with strong service quality and a loyal customer base, but inconsistent branding and no bilingual content system to reach the full scope of their market. The engagement focused on establishing a visual identity, building a bilingual content framework, and creating the foundational materials needed to market the business consistently.

The Challenge

The mobile detailing industry is crowded and largely undifferentiated visually. Most competitors use generic imagery and templated messaging. Autom Flex needed a brand that reflected the quality of their work — and a bilingual content system that could reach both English and Spanish-speaking audiences authentically, not through translation alone.

The Work

  • Visual identity development
  • Brand positioning and messaging architecture
  • Bilingual content strategy (English and Spanish)
  • Content calendar design and planning
  • Brand application across print and digital materials
  • Photography art direction

The Outcome

Autom Flex now operates with a consistent visual identity and a bilingual content system that reflects how they actually work. Marketing materials — print and digital — follow a unified brand direction. Content is produced in both English and Spanish with a tone that is consistent, not just translated.

This engagement is ongoing. Case study in active development.
