These Terms of Service govern your use of the Methode House website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Methode House LLC provides brand strategy, creative direction, content strategy, and related marketing services. The scope of services for each engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
Payment
Fees for services are specified in your project agreement. Payment terms, schedules, and methods are agreed upon prior to project commencement. The Clarity Session fee of $125 is due at the time of booking.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, Methode House transfers ownership of the final deliverables specified in your project agreement to you. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or materials to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Methode House's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
