This policy describes the cancellation and rescheduling terms for Methode House services.
Clarity Sessions
Clarity Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session fee. If Methode House cancels a session, a full refund will be issued or the session rescheduled at your preference.
Discovery Calls
Free Discovery Calls may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time with no charge.
Project Engagements
Cancellation terms for project engagements are specified in your project agreement. Generally, work completed and delivered prior to cancellation is billable. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
